The Studio

Bulelani Studios are specialists in music/sound production and vocal recording, with associated services. Bulelani means “Let’s be thankful/joyful” in Xhosa, and that is what our recording studio stands for: being thankful and joyful to work with music all the time.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide musicians the facilities and services to economically create top quality music productions ready for commercial distribution, management and marketing of selected artists under our label. We specifically focus on Gospel, soft rock and pop genres.

Studio Location

Bulelani Studio is located in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa.

We provide backtrax, sound tracks and any midi work on a global basis.

Vocals are recorded at the studio in Cape Town.

Our People Linda Coetzee, with a B.Mus.Ed music degree from the University of Stellenbosch, is an accomplished performing soloist, musician and pianist. Linda manages the Bulelani Studios and is further responsible for all the music arrangements, backtrack production and recording for Bulelani Studios. Gerda van Biljon, is an accomplished musician and soloist. In addition to this, she studied graphic design at the Cape Town University of Technology, majoring in Illustration & Photography (ND in Graphic Design). She also completed her NHD in Graphic Design, specializing in Children’s book illustration. Today she is a qualified Graphic & Textile Designer, designing fabric for a major Fashion design house. Gerda manages all corporate and web designs for Bulelani Studios.
